Open Minds provide social activities in Nottinghamshire for people with disability who experience low self-esteem. We encourage a warm, friendly atmosphere in which to meet new people and enjoy their company.

Our organisation has been run by disabled people since it began and many of those involved started as members.

We have used the outsourcing of Pay Role to You to process the salaries of our two monthly paid workers for some years now. Pay Role to You send us reports and payslips promptly each month and respond to our questions knowledgeably and always with a smile.

The annual cost per person also helps to be able to budget accurately each year for the ‘overhead’ cost of ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time and for ensuring that we comply with the host of HMRC rules and regulations.
